How and where do we store data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to (typically, no more than two years) in order to use it as described in this privacy policy, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

For online orders, payments are processed through the third-party, Stripe Inc. For all data transfers, Stripe utilizes the Privacy Shield Framework and adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. For email communication, we utilize the third-party, MailChimp. Mailchimp participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. MailChimp maintains organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data within their organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse. For order management, we utilize the third-party, Squarespace Inc. Squarespace has certified its compliance to the Privacy Shield. Squarespace maintains organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data within their organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse.
